Heart Disease in Women Seminar

On July 15, 2023, our students, accompanied by three dedicated lecturers, had the privilege of attending a seminar on Heart Disease in Women. Organised by the Society for the Sabah Heart Fund, the event focused on crucial topics concerning women's health, specifically heart diseases in women of childbearing age and postmenopausal women.

Our students and lecturers actively participated in the sessions, creating a dynamic learning environment. The seminar provided valuable insights, helping them better understand the impact of heart disease on women's health and the significance of early detection and preventive measures. Alongside the enlightening seminar, our students also had the fantastic opportunity to benefit from free on-site health checkups. Attending events like these broaden our students' knowledge and enhances their ability to make meaningful contributions to the healthcare field.
