Cyberjaya College Kota Kinabalu (CCKK) recently organised its SRC Leadership Camp 2026, a two-day, one-night leadership development programme designed to equip Student Representative Council (SRC) members with the skills, confidence, and resilience needed to become effective student leaders.
Organised by the Student Experiences and Support Department (STED), the camp was held at Mondikot Deer Camp, Papar, providing participants with an immersive learning environment beyond the classroom. Throughout the programme, SRC members took part in a variety of team-building exercises, leadership workshops, reflective sessions, water-based activities, and outdoor challenges that encouraged collaboration, communication, critical thinking, and personal growth.
One of the highlights of the camp was a specially designed night challenge that tested participants’ courage, teamwork, and decision-making under pressure. These experiential learning activities enabled students to strengthen their leadership abilities while building trust, resilience, and lasting friendships with fellow SRC members.
The SRC Leadership Camp 2026 reflects Cyberjaya College Kota Kinabalu’s commitment to developing well-rounded graduates who possess not only academic excellence but also strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. By providing opportunities for experiential learning and personal development, the college continues to empower students to become confident changemakers capable of making a positive impact within the campus community and beyond.
Cyberjaya College Kota Kinabalu extends its sincere appreciation to Mondikot Deer Camp, Papar, for its warm hospitality and excellent facilities throughout the programme. The college also thanks Pizza Hut Plaza Juta for generously sponsoring refreshments that helped keep participants energised throughout the camp.
As another successful SRC Leadership Camp concludes, Cyberjaya College Kota Kinabalu looks forward to seeing its student leaders apply the knowledge, confidence, and leadership skills gained during the programme to inspire and serve the college community in the year ahead.
