Cyberjaya College Kota Kinabalu Fire Safety Talk & Drill

On September 8th and 9th, 2023, Cyberjaya College Kota Kinabalu took a momentous step forward in prioritizing the safety of its students and staff with an impactful Fire Safety Talk and Fire Drill. The distinguished team from Balai Bomba & Penyelamat Kota Kinabalu, synonymous with safety and expertise, joined hands to ensure a seamless and enlightening experience for our college community.

The Fire Safety Talk was an eye-opener, providing attendees with vital information on fire prevention, safety protocols, and the essential art of remaining calm during emergencies. Participants also had the privilege of gaining hands-on experience in using fire extinguishers, enhancing their preparedness.

The highlight of the event was undoubtedly the Fire Drill itself. It was a well-organized, meticulously executed exercise that allowed everyone to put their newly acquired knowledge into action. Evacuation routes were followed, fire alarms were tested, and everyone made it to the designated assembly points efficiently.

Amidst the action, our heroes from Balai Bomba & Penyelamat Kota Kinabalu made their grand entrance, showcasing their formidable fleet of vehicles, including a versatile van, agile bike, and the awe-inspiring fire engine. Their unwavering dedication to our safety was palpable throughout the drill.

The fire drill served as a stark reminder of the importance of preparedness. It's not just about knowing the exit routes; it's about practicing them regularly to ensure everyone's safety.
